Being surrounded by cameras in my family since I was a kid, I started taking photos on film from the age of 4 (apparently), both in colour and developing photos in black and white.

At 11 I was shooting with old Nikon film cameras on slide film and at 13 I sold my first ever photo, of some abstract architecture in France, to my music teacher Mr Brown. And finally at the age of 22 I bought a Nikon D200 with a little zoom lens off eBay and took it on my first ever backpacking trip, to Vietnam.

For me, taking photos of travel is one of the most amazing ways to appreciate the beauty of the things you find and the people you meet. Particularly the people - portrait photography has always captured my imagination more than anything.

Today I have the incredible, and I mean it, incredible privilege to travel the world and document the lives of Christians in countries far from the Western world through photo.

Below I have made three galleries: work, church and travel.
